Last night I realized I haven't had sinus issues the last couple of days. WoooHoo! And we don't hear the furnace kicking on and off anymore. It sooo quiet! Rod's originally came out to fix furnace. Since it was 30 yrs old, we decided to replace both furnace and Air. We are quite pleased with service , time, and people. And our dogs were okay with the employees, which counts a lot for us. update 7/27/22: Even with all this heat. Our electric bill is lower than it has been in years!! My Goodman system was state of the art, but the service technician had access to Goodman's system installation department, conducted himself professionally with their techs, and worked out technical concerns in a timely manner. My system has been installed for > 6 weeks now without issue, and though I paid a little more for the 20 SEER system, I couldn't be happier with the performance, efficiency, and how quickly my house cools. In total there were 4 primary workers who all worked well as a team, the system took about 12 hours to install, but they removed the old and installed the new and cleaned up any mess as they went. I called at about 10 PM and got an appointment for today. WooT! Tyler came out and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem we were having with our AC unit. With as hot as it is, and with it being the Friday before a holiday weekend, I can't tell you how much I appreciate that he was able to get it done. Plus, the cost was more than reasonable. Not only were they out the next morning when I called at night, when the same issue happened but with my AC just this week I called they were out next morning and Tyler let me know I was looking at a new system needed.They got my system in and replaced within a couple days and once again super friendly and helpful on the AC replacement. There were a couple of challenges initially with the flue and the cap. He replaced them for the initial agreed price and we made it through the winter just fine. He also gave us advice on how to keep the unit clean and did a quick inspection of our heating unit to make sure all looked good. I was really looking forward to coming in to some cold air in the house, but when I opened the door and stepped inside…. It was worse than outside! 93 degrees with no air movement. Called 4 or 5 places that said they were open on Sunday according to google. Most places I got a voicemail with a promise to call back or was told that they don’t do emergency calls on the weekend. Rods actually answered and said that they could get someone there within a couple of hours. I received a call from one of their techs (Abraham) and he informed me they had one more stop before heading my way. The guys, Abraham and Brandon arrived about an hour later and had me cooling off in about 15 minutes! I was quite impressed with the responsiveness and how quick they had me up and running. As mine is a 20 year old unit, I was planning on replacing the whole thing this fall. I plan on using these guys for sure! read less

Took Kevin...Jerry...Will and Brandon a little over a day to tear out old and put in new. Including a lot of new ductwork. Everyone was very friendly....courteous...and above all professional. Furnace repair was done in good time, got it all fixed up (had to replace a fuse triggered by loose wire), and good to go.Very professional, polite, and great attitude.Checked everything else out in furnace while he was looking at it.The price to come out and fix it was very fair and reasonable...especially since it was a Sunday evening.Very pleased with them.
